選一位住在較遠地方的親友（如香港家人或外地親戚）作為「中間人」。本地網絡擠塞時，打長途電話或WhatsApp往外地往往更容易接通。所有家庭成員都知道如何聯絡此人。
Choose a contact who lives further away — such as family in Hong Kong or another city. Long-distance calls or messages often get through more easily when local networks are overloaded. Make sure everyone knows how to reach this person.
